High-Fidelity Simulation Training Course for both Paramedics and Advanced Paramedic Practitioners.
The aim of this project is to develop a method of training both registered Paramedics and Advanced Paramedics which as well as developing their clinical skills, will aim to improve their communication, decision making and leadership skills while aiming to enhance error avoidance and team dynamics.
The practical element of this ambitious project, which is being co-ordinated by Paul O’Driscoll MSc EMS, has been completed in early June 2012. The findings will be published in due course.
