Cardiac First Response DVD and Manual
 The aim of this DVD is to facilitate standardised CFR training in Ireland to the PHECC Education and Training Standards 2007, incorporating the 2005 ILCOR guidelines.
It is a collaborative project using eight responder/ practitioner instructors as writers and actors from both voluntary and statutory pre-hospital emergency care service provider organisations.
The DVD, with accompanying training manual, is due to be launched in the Autumn.
In the last issue of the PHECC Voice we omitted to mention that the Civil Defence played a central collaborative role in this DVD project. We apologise for this omission.
