Established by the Minister for Health and Children in April 2000, the Pre-Hospital Emergency Care Council (“PHECC”) is an independent statutory body with responsibility for standards, education and training in the field of pre-hospital emergency care in Ireland. PHECC’s mission is to protect the public by specifying, reviewing, maintaining and monitoring standards of excellence for the delivery of quality pre-hospital emergency care.

THE PROJECT

PHECC is currently reviewing it’s QMS system in order to ensure that it continues to effectively support PHECC and it’s business processes. In addition to providing advice in this area the review should recommend where improvements can be made to ensure the maintenance of ISO9001 certification.
The current system has evolved over may years and a training/induction programme for new staff is also requirement.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

  • Essential

    Experience working with Quality Management Systems
    Significant experience in ISO accreditation
  • Desirable
    Working experience of Quality within the health sector.
     

Price

PHECC wishes to pay a daily rate for the delivery of the project objectives. Please indicate the expected no of days required.
We envisage that this project will take between 30 and 40 days to be delivered.
