The Pre-Hospital Emergency Care Council (PHECC) are the regulator for paramedicine in Ireland.

PHECC protects the public by independently co-ordinating, developing, reviewing, regulating, and governing standards of excellence for the safe provision of quality pre-hospital emergency care.

PHECC create education and training standards for responder education courses and are currently reviewing all education delivery.

A new Cardiac First Response video and blended learning offering are currently being developed, and PHECC invite you to tender for:

The Filming and production of a new Cardiac First Response – (Community & Advanced) courses, including the creation of new training videos and blended learning offerings.
