Read and familiarise yourself with the following Council Policies and procedures:


Existing Licensed CPG Providers:
Continue to apply for renewals using the standard renewal form and under the terms of POL003 V5.

Complete and Sign:

Relevant application checklist and appended statutory declaration (witnessed by a Commissioner of Oaths or Solicitor).
Review all documents contained in the application.
Pay the associated Fee as per the remittance notice (appended to the application checklist). Fee can be paid by PayPal on the home page or cheque/draft drawn on an Irish Bank. Cash will not be accepted.
Submit the signed hardcopy application and statutory declaration in an A4 2 ring binder.  Ensure the sequential numbering is used as per the application checklist.
Post completed application to: PHECC, Licensed CPG Provider, 2nd Floor, Beech House, Millennium Park, Osberstown, Naas, Co. Kildare. W91 TK7N.

Please note that the process can take 1-3 months (depending on receipt of correct information). Once you have met the application requirements of Council, a recommendation will be made.  Incomplete applications, missing documents or omitted fees may result in your application being returned and cause delays.
