PHECC intend to automate the application process and facilitate applicants to submit details on line. We will also process hard copy applications click here for a copy of the application form. Please print off complete fully and return to PHECC.

Processing your application
The administration process within PHECC validates the accuracy of application forms and ensures that they are fully completed. The names of all individuals who have successfully passed this scrutiny are then referred to Council for issue of and NQEMT Certificate. (This is a requirement to join the Register). Council then formally ratify these names in the corresponding appropriate division of the Register.

When you will hear from us
The names of applicants who have been successful are ratified in the Register at the next available Council meeting. Immediatly after this Certificates and Licences are dispatched to applicants. Council normally meet on a monthly basis.
